The Junior HR Team Leader will oversee day-to-day human resource operations, including team coordination, implementation of HR policies, management of employee relations, and personnel administration. They will also support recruitment activities and ensure seamless HR operations to foster a positive and productive work environment. Qualifications • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management • Experience in Employee Relations and HR Policies management • Knowledge of Personnel Management and best practices in HR operations • Strong organizational and leadership skills • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities • Prior experience in a similar HR team leadership role is an advantage • Relevant educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
