They will also support recruitment activities and ensure seamless HR operations to foster a positive and productive work environment. Qualifications • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management • Experience in Employee Relations and HR Policies management • Knowledge of Personnel Management and best practices in HR operations • Strong organizational and leadership skills • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities • Prior experience in a similar HR team leadership role is an advantage • Relevant educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
