Role & Responsibilities The Junior Logistics Manager will handle daily shipment coordination with couriers, oversee basic packaging processes, track deliveries, and support dispatch operations to ensure efficient, timely fulfilment for customer orders. This role involves hands-on warehouse and delivery work. • Coordinate pickups and deliveries with courier partners (B2C/B2B), share delivery labels and packing lists, and ensure smooth handovers • Track shipments in real-time, resolve delays or issues, and update stakeholders on status • Supervise packaging: verify correct packing per guidelines, labelling, barcoding, and material quantity checks before dispatch • Prepare dispatch documents like invoices, labels, AWBs, and LRs; manage in-warding and stock checks. • Assist with inventory management: location accuracy, basic counts, and discrepancy reporting. • Handle customer delivery queries (RTOs, damages, address issues) and coordinate re-dispatches. • Maintain trackers for courier performance • Liaise with packaging/courier vendors for supplies and basic service. • Assist in other operation and admin tasks as required, manage office and storage spaces.
