MERN Stack Developer handle both front-end and back-end development, ensuring smooth integration and performance. This role involves coding, debugging, and optimizing applications to create dynamic, scalable web solutions. Duties & Responsibilities • Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. • Write clean, modular, and reusable code following best practices. • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. • Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring optimal performance and quality. • Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards. • Implement responsive web design to ensure compatibility across various devices. • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance the development process. • Work with RESTful APIs and third-party services to integrate external functionalities. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process. Required Skills & Qualifications • Experience: 1-3+ years of experience in MERN stack development. • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • Skills:• Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. • Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks. • Experience with version control systems, preferably Git. • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services. • Knowledge of database design and management. • Understanding of deployment processes and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure). • Experience with unit testing and automated testing frameworks. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • Experience with TypeScript. • Knowledge of GraphQL. • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. • Experience with Agile methodologies. • Understanding of security best practices Onsite Work Location Indore - MP Working Model Work from Office.
