1. About Us SmartHelio is a fast-growing deep-tech startup building the next generation of analytics for solar and energy systems. Our platform already powers high-scale solar monitoring, fault detection, and plant-level intelligence across multiple geographies. Now we’re expanding aggressively into battery intelligence. 2. The Role We’re looking for a Junior Product Manager who’s hungry, frugal, and wired for zero-to-one execution. Location: This is a full-time, in-office role based in Noida, Delhi. You’ll be responsible for: Owning key slices of our battery analytics roadmap, translating raw field data into product requirements, working tightly with design and engineering. 3. Must-have requirements: Proven product-team experience, 1–2 years, strong design-thinking capabilities, and ability to work in Agile/Scrum/Kanban. 4. Bonus Points: Experience in clean tech, solar, or battery systems is preferred.
