Junior Sales Executive – Inside Sales & Sales Operations Location : Gurugram, Haryana Salary Range : ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month + incentives Experience : 1–3 years Employment Type : Full-time / Work from Office Role Summary This role exists to execute the sales engine. You will : • Handle calls • Manage follow-ups • Coordinate demos • Support closures • Keep CRM clean • Ensure nothing slips through the cracks Key Responsibilities A. Lead Handling & Qualification • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls • Respond to website, WhatsApp, and referral leads • Qualify leads on: • Requirement • Budget • Timeline • Route high-potential leads to senior sales executives B. Product Explanation & Customer Support • Explain Railingo products clearly: • All SKUs • Variants • Pricing ranges • Customization possibilities • Delivery timelines • Coordinate: • Showroom visits • Site visits • Product demonstrations • Act as the first point of contact for customer queries C. Follow-ups & Pipeline Discipline • Ensure consistent follow-ups with prospects • Track conversations, commitments, and next steps • Push deals towards logical closure or clear disqualification • Support senior executives with reminders and coordination D. Documentation & Sales Operations • Prepare: • Quotations • Proforma invoices • Basic documentation • Coordinate with accounts for: • Payment follow-ups • Documentation completion • Assist in dealer or franchise paperwork when required E. CRM & Reporting • Maintain accurate CRM records: • Calls • Meetings • Follow-ups • Status updates • Generate basic daily / weekly reports • Ensure zero data leakage or forgotten leads Required Skills & Experience Mandatory • 1–3 years of experience in sales / inside sales / customer coordination • Strong spoken Hindi and English • High follow-up discipline • Basic comfort with: • Excel • Email • WhatsApp • CRM tools Preferred • Exposure to construction, interiors, or real estate sales • Experience supporting field sales teams Personality & Work Style Fit • Detail-oriented • Persistent without being annoying • Comfortable with targets and accountability • Learner mindset with ambition to grow into senior sales roles
