Location: On-site (Ahmedabad) Experience Required: 0–1 Years Role Overview We are seeking an ambitious, motivated Junior SDR to join our revenue team and help accelerate our growth by identifying and qualifying high-potential leads. As a Junior SDR, you will be responsible for managing inbound inquiries, doing outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and booking meetings for the sales team. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers and will play a key role in growing our sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities • Respond to inbound and outbound leads quickly across the website, email, WhatsApp, and social channels • Understand customer needs and qualify them • Run basic product introductions and hand off to AE • Research target accounts and identify decision makers • Run cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone • Personalize messages and sequences • Schedule qualified meetings for AEs • Maintain CRM hygiene and update lead status regularly • Follow weekly/monthly outreach and conversion targets • Learn the Service Offerings deeply to pitch confidently • Collaborate with AEs, marketing, and IT Services provider teams Top 5 Skills We Look For 1.
