Junior Social Media Manager

Location: South Delhi (In-person, Monday-Friday) At Patrika, we believe gifting should feel thoughtful, intentional, and beautifully told. We’re looking for a Junior Social Media Manager who can bring our brand to life through storytelling, design, and content that feels as special as the products themselves. This is a hands-on, creative role for someone who enjoys creating content, narrating stories, taking ownership, and has a strong eye for detail and aesthetic. What you'll be doing: • Plan and execute weekly social media content across Instagram (posts, reels, stories) • Create Canva creatives aligned with Patrika’s visual language • Shoot and edit reels (iPhone-friendly, aesthetic-first approach) • Conceptualise & Coordinate with photographers/videographers for larger shoots • Collaborate with the sales team to highlight products, launches, and gifting moments • Assist in building campaigns that feel thoughtful, not transactional • Stay on top of trends while adapting them to fit the brand’s tone We're looking for someone who: • Has 1-3 years of experience in social media/content (D2C or lifestyle brands preferred) • Has a strong sense of aesthetic, storytelling & visual composition • Is comfortable with Canva and basic video editing tools • Can think creatively and execute independently • Is detail-oriented and takes pride in polished output • Understands that great content is both intentional and consistent • Is excited by the idea of being a part of building a brand, not just managing a page Why join us: • Be part of a growing, design-led gifting brand with a strong point of view • Work on meaningful, storytelling-driven campaigns • Opportunity to grow with the brand and take on larger creative ownership over time.
