Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management • Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders (CXO/VP/Director-level). • Build long-term partnerships and position Techmagnate as a strategic growth partner. Strategic Account Growth • Identify opportunities to expand business through cross-selling and upselling of SEO, PPC, Paid Media, Content, Social Media, and Automation services. • Own account P&L and revenue targets for top enterprise accounts. Business & Delivery Oversight • Work with internal teams (SEO, PPC, Content, Design, Analytics) to ensure world-class execution. • Oversee delivery KPIs, ensuring campaigns drive ROI and align with client objectives. Leadership & Mentorship • Lead a team of Account Managers and Executives, fostering a culture of client-first thinking. • Provide mentorship and guidance to build client servicing excellence. Insights & Advisory • Analyze industry trends, competitors, and performance data to present actionable insights. • Consult clients on digital transformation and performance-driven marketing strategies.
