Key Account Manager - Fleet/ Commercial Vehicle - Tyre Industry - 3+ Years - Gurgaon/ Rohtak A leading Tyre manufacturing organization is hiring Key Account Manager – Fleet to drive business growth with large commercial vehicle fleet customers. This role focuses on onboarding and developing key fleet accounts, increasing tyre fitment, improving product performance, and building long-term partnerships through strong on-ground engagement. Responsibilities: • Identify and onboard new large fleet and PCTR customers to drive tyre fitment and revenue growth • Manage and develop key fleet accounts to achieve defined sales and fitment targets • Build strong relationships with fleet owners, managers, drivers, and fitters • Manage the end-to-end tyre lifecycle at key accounts – demand generation, sourcing, fitment, performance monitoring, and second life • Track and demonstrate product performance to increase share of wheels • Conduct preventive maintenance training for drivers, fitters, and fleet managers to optimize tyre life • Ensure service excellence and share MIS and performance reports with internal and external stakeholders Requirements: • Experience in B2B / Fleet / Commercial Vehicle sales or account management • Background in CV OEMs, tyre companies, auto ancillaries, logistics, or fleet services • Understanding of fleet operations, vehicle maintenance, tyre performance, retreading, and repair processes • Strong relationship management and solution-selling skills • Comfortable with field-intensive roles • Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools
