Job Description: As a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing relationships with key enterprise accounts. Your responsibilities will include developing strategic account plans to maximize revenue and retention, collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless onboarding and client success, negotiating commercial terms, closing high-value deals, and monitoring market trends to identify growth opportunities. Key Requirements: - 2-4 years of experience in Key Account Management / Business Development / Enterprise Sales. - Prior experience in F&B; Retail, or SaaS industry preferred. - Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills. - Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets. - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
