About The Role We are hiring a Key Account Manager with strong experience in B2B / corporate sales within the EdTech or IT training industry. The role involves managing enterprise clients, driving revenue growth, and delivering customized learning solutions aligned with client business needs. Key Responsibilities - Develop and manage long-term relationships with key corporate clients - Drive revenue growth within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling - Identify and schedule meetings with decision-makers (HR, L&D, Procurement, CXOs) - Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams - Understand client requirements and propose customized training solutions (Cloud, IT, or professional courses) - Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and account management - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction - Track and report account performance, forecasts, and revenue metrics - Negotiate commercial terms and ensure closure within defined timelines Required Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor’s degree in any discipline - 2+ years of B2B / corporate sales experience (mandatory) - Prior experience in EdTech, IT training, or learning solutions sales - Proven ability to manage key accounts and drive revenue - Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills - Ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously - Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar) Preferred Qualifications (Good To Have) - Experience selling cloud training (AWS, Azure, GCP) or professional certification courses - Familiarity with LinkedIn for B2B prospecting and client engagement - Exposure to enterprise or mid-market client handling What We’re Looking For - Strong ownership mindset and revenue-driven approach - Ability to build trust-based relationships with corporate clients - Proactive, solution-oriented, and client-first attitude
