Role Overview: As a Key Account Manager/Sr. Key Account Manager/Strategic Account Manager/Sr. Strategic Account Manager, your main responsibility will be to acquire new enterprise clients and focus on growing active accounts to their full potential. You will also play a key role in mapping relevant stakeholders and understanding the requirements of enterprise clients to provide them with effective recruitment and employer branding solutions. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, achieving sales objectives, and providing training to enhance platform services usage will be crucial aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire new enterprise clients and grow active accounts - Map relevant stakeholders and understand client requirements - Provide effective recruitment and employer branding solutions - Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts - Achieve sales objectives and revenue targets through selling and up-selling - Provide training to enhance platform services usage - Conduct sales analysis and usage review on a quarterly basis - Monitor competitor activities and assist in planning counter strategies - Collaborate cross-functionally within the company for customer success - Manage reporting on the health of customer accounts Qualifications Required: - Must be a Graduate/Postgraduate - Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B field sales - Hands-on experience in the entire sales cycle, including after-sales service - Internet-savvy with working knowledge of MS Office - Demonstrated experience in value-based/solution sales - Strong interpersonal, networking, and collaboration skills - Team player with the ability to integrate with the sales team - Aggressive personality driven by performance Additional Company Details: No additional details provided in the job description.
