Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and nurturing relationships with our most important clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving business growth... Role & responsibilities: • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets. • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs. • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. • Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions. Preferred candidate profile: • Postgraduate degree (MBA / PGDM or equivalent). • 5+ years of experience in key account management. • Proficiency in CRM, ERP, LMS, and MIS tools. • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
