Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow our portfolio of premium clients and agency partnerships. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, ensuring seamless campaign execution, and strengthening client relationships across integrated media solutions. Key Responsibilities • Manage and nurture relationships with key clients and agency partners • Drive repeat business through strategic account management and upselling opportunities • Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams • Ensure smooth and timely execution of campaigns across outdoor, activation, and phygital platforms • Understand client objectives and translate them into effective media solutions • Collaborate with sales, operations, and creative teams to deliver high-impact campaigns • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to clients • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts Key Requirements • Proven experience in account management, client servicing, or sales (preferably in media/advertising industry) • Strong understanding of outdoor advertising, brand activations, or digital media • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously • Result-oriented mindset with a focus on revenue growth and client satisfaction • Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with media agencies or brand clients • Exposure to integrated campaigns (offline + digital / phygital) • Knowledge of performance-driven marketing strategies.
