Position Overview: Position Title: Key Account Manager Department: Federal Bank of India Level Band: Executive Role Summary: Provide support in Sales of Life Insurance business through bank customers at bank branches across assigned locations. Key Result Areas: Sales: Achieve pre-set business targets on ANP, case count, active branches, active sales staff and various KPIs for designated branches. Relationship Management: Managing the relationship between internal team and channel partner to foster sales for the company and maintain utmost levels of responsiveness to requirements from the Channel Partner. Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance to internal sales process and adhere to the TALIC code of conduct. Skills Required: - Technical Product expertise - Business perspective planning - Self-management - Problem-solving skills - Communication skills Incumbent Characteristics: - Graduation/Postgraduate - Experience: 1 - 3 years in Sales/Insurance/Financial Service Background.
