About the job

The Sr. Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager / Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales strategies and managing client relationships in the vending sector, specifically focusing on Tea and Coffee products. Responsibilities: • Strategic Sales Planning • Develop and implement B2B sales strategies tailored to Tea, Coffee, and Vending Machine products. • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand market reach and establish long-term partnerships. • Sales Process Management • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. • Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey. • Market Intelligence • Conduct market and competitor research to stay ahead of trends and industry developments. • Identify new client segments and untapped business opportunities. • Operational Execution • Schedule and conduct customer visits, cold calls, and on-site demos. • Coordinate with internal teams for sampling, dispatch, and logistics. • Client Relationship Management • Build and nurture strong client relationships. • Leverage existing customers for referrals, repeat business, and upselling. • Sales Reporting & MIS • Maintain and share timely sales reports, performance dashboards, and work logs. • Track targets and align reporting with business goals. Qualifications: • UG: Any Graduate/ MBA Required Skills: • Experience in Vending Sales specifically in Tea or Coffee products. • Strong B2B sales background within the FMCG sector. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to work independently with a results-driven mindset. • Proficient in handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Preferred Skills: • Experience in managing key accounts and developing strategic partnerships.
