Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager located in Agartala. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for building and managing relationships with strategic restaurant partners, analyzing business performance, negotiating contracts, and implementing strategies to drive growth. The role requires regular coordination with cross-functional teams, addressing partner concerns, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring partner satisfaction while achieving business objectives. Qualifications Strong relationship-building skills, with expertise in client account management and stakeholder engagement. Analytical and problem-solving abilities, including proficiency in data analysis to make informed decisions. Negotiation and strategic planning capabilities, with an understanding of business growth drivers. Excellent communication and presentation skills to liaise effectively with partners and internal teams. Self-motivated and proactive approach with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the food delivery, hospitality, or related industry is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
