Job Title: Key Account Manager Commercial Vehicle Finance Location: Hyderabad About the Role: The Key Account Manager Commercial Vehicle Finance is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with high-value clients in the commercial vehicle segment. This role focuses on understanding client requirements, offering tailored financing solutions, and ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty. The position requires strong relationship management skills, a deep understanding of commercial vehicle financing, and the ability to deliver strategic financial solutions aligned with client needs. Key Responsibilities: • Account Management: Handle a portfolio of key commercial vehicle finance clients and ensure sustained business growth. • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term partnerships with key decision-makers at client organizations. • Needs Analysis: Assess clients business goals and financing needs to provide customized commercial vehicle finance solutions. • Cross-selling/Up-selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional banking and financial products relevant to clients business. • Loan Portfolio Management: Ensure timely renewal, repayment tracking, and proactive resolution of client issues. • Negotiation: Manage negotiations on loan terms, pricing, and agreements to achieve profitable outcomes. • Market Feedback: Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to provide insights for product improvement. Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. • Minimum 4+ years of experience in key account management within the banking/financial services sector (preferably in commercial vehicle loans/finance). • Proven ability to manage and grow strategic accounts in the commercial vehicle financing domain. • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • In-depth knowledge of commercial vehicle loan products, credit processes, and market dynamics.
