The group manages renowned brands like Shubhkart for puja essentials, Chakaachak India for cleaning solutions, and acts as a distribution partner for major FMCG brands such as Patanjali and Church & Dwight’s personal care products. - *Job Title: Key Account Manager – E-commerce & Quick Commerce** - *Location:**Jui Nagar, Navi Mumbai - *Industry:**FMCG - *Experience:**5–10 Years - *CTC:**₹8 – ₹12 LPA - *Role Overview:** We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Key Account Manager – E-commerce & Quick Commerce to manage and grow our online business across major marketplaces and quick commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling e-commerce accounts within an FMCG/product-based organization and a strong understanding of digital sales operations. - *Key Responsibilities:** - Manage and drive business across key E-commerce and Quick Commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc.) - Own end-to-end account management including listing, pricing, promotions, visibility, and inventory planning - Plan and execute monthly and quarterly sales targets for online channels - Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure seamless operations - Manage relationships with platform account managers and identify growth opportunities - Optimize product visibility through campaigns, deals, and digital marketing initiatives - Analyze sales data, consumer behavior, and platform analytics to improve performance - Ensure availability of stock and coordinate with supply chain to avoid stock-outs - Track competition and market trends to recommend pricing and promotional strategies - Manage P&L; for e-commerce accounts, ensuring profitability and ROI on spends - *Key Requirements:** - 5–10 years of experience in E-commerce / Quick Commerce account management within an FMCG or product-based company - Proven experience in handling platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc. - Strong understanding of online sales metrics, category management, and digital merchandising - Experience in demand planning, inventory management, and promotional planning - Positive analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data interpretation - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
