Key Account Manager – Enterprise Business Job Type: Full-time (Please note, salary range will be according to each candidate's profile and their experience). Preferred candidate profile Graduates, preferably MBAs with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; candidates with higher experience will be considered for suitable roles. Preferably from Telecom/ISP industry. Demonstrated expertise as a Key Account Manager with a proactive approach in a B2B service industry or a similar client-facing role within the technology sector. Proven sales prowess, consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets. Strong proficiency in key account management, presentation delivery, communication, and relationship-building. Familiarity with CRM software and adeptness in utilizing data analysis tools. Strategic mindset with a thorough comprehension of market trends and industry advancements. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced setting. Role & responsibilities • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Key Customers, understanding their business objectives, and aligning them with our cutting-edge technology solutions. • Perform daily Customer visits & Updation of CVR & Asianet Account Information System. • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, delivering creative solutions that provide added value and contribute to the company's sales targets. • Act as a customer contact point within the organization, ensuring client feedback is heard and acted upon to reach win-win resolutions and enhance service delivery. • Create and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue and profitability from key accounts while meeting Customers' evolving needs. • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics, providing Customers with valuable insights and positioning them for success. • Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to deliver seamless service and solutions to key accounts. • Adhere to 100% CAF/ Customer Documentation and Payment collection compliance and updation.
