Job Title: Key Account Manager – HRM Location: Raipur Experience: 5+ Years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and target-driven Key Account Manager – HRM to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of prospect engagement—from lead generation and counselling to final enrolment. The role requires strong CRM management, conversion focus, and the ability to deliver an excellent customer experience. The candidate should also support digital lead handling and represent the organisation in campus outreach initiatives. Key Responsibilities CRM & Lead Management • Manage and update prospect data in CRM/ATS systems • Track leads, follow-ups, and conversion status • Ensure timely response to inquiries via calls, emails, and messages • Generate reports on lead pipeline, conversions, and interactions Counselling & Enrolment • Counsel prospective candidates on training programs and career outcomes • Explain the enrolment process, eligibility, and program details • Handle objections and guide prospects toward informed decisions • Drive lead-to-enrolment conversions Conversion & Target Management • Conduct regular follow-ups to convert leads into enrolments • Achieve monthly/quarterly enrolment targets • Build and manage a pipeline for upcoming batches • Monitor and improve conversion rates Digital Lead Management • Handle leads from digital channels (social media, campaigns, website) • Coordinate with marketing teams on lead quality and performance • Support basic digital outreach and campaign execution Campus Outreach • Visit colleges and institutions for lead generation • Conduct seminars, presentations, and counselling sessions • Build relationships with TPOs and placement teams • Represent the organisation at events and campus drives Relationship Management • Ensure smooth onboarding and post-enrolment support • Maintain long-term engagement for referrals and repeat leads • Deliver a seamless and positive customer experience Required Skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent counselling, negotiation, and convincing abilities • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and MS Office • Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals • Target-driven with strong follow-up skills • Ability to manage multiple leads and priorities Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree (MBA/Marketing preferred) • Experience in CRM, counselling, education sales, or EdTech • Exposure to digital marketing or lead generation campaigns • Prior experience in training institutes or educational organizations.
