Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram for a Key Account Manager – iOL Pay (Payments & Settlement Operations). The role involves managing key accounts, developing business plans, sustaining customer relationships, overseeing payments and settlements, and providing excellent service to ensure client satisfaction. You will act as a crucial liaison between clients and teams to enhance operational efficiencies and drive business success. Qualifications: • Proven expertise in Account Management and Key Account strategies • Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating data, solving problems, and making informed decisions • Understanding of Business Planning to strategize and identify growth opportunities • Excellent Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong client relationships • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus • Experience in the fintech or payment operations sector is highly advantageous • Proficiency in CRM tools and advanced Excel skills for tracking account performance.
