Location: Noida Company: Rosier Foods Private Limited Experience : Required: 2–5 Years Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Key Account Manager – Quick Commerce to manage and grow our presence across leading quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Big Basket, amazon and flipkart. Key Responsibilities · Manage and grow relationships with key quick commerce partners. · Drive revenue growth, sales planning, and forecasting. · Ensure product listing, availability, and visibility. · Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations. · Execute promotions, campaigns, and discount strategies. · Analyze sales data and market trends. · Ensure stock availability and replenishment. · Negotiate commercial terms with platforms. · Track KPIs like fill rate and ROI. Key Skills Required · Strong understanding of Quick Commerce / E-commerce ecosystem · Excellent account management & negotiation skills · Proficiency in Excel / reporting tools · Strong communication skills · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment · Strong focus on Fill Rate management · Inventory Availability planning and control Preferred Background · Experience in FMCG / Food / D2C brands · Experience with Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc. · Experience in Listing, Displaying advs. · Experience in modern trade or e-commerce sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) · Monthly revenue growth · Platform-wise sales performance · Product visibility & listing accuracy · Inventory availability · Fill Rate consistency · ROI on campaigns NOTE: This is a Quick commerce role, Please do not apply if you have not handled Quick commerce as a channel.
