Key Accounts Business Manager – Medical Devices & Consumables Location: Kolkata, India Nipro Medical India (Global Medical Device Manufacturer) Are you an energetic, motivated, and articulate professional passionate about sales in the healthcare ? If so, Nipro Medical India invites you ... to join our team as a Key Accounts Business Manager based in Kolkata. The product portfolio includes Dialysis Machines, Dialyzers, Renal Digitalization Drug Delivery Systems, Interventional Imaging Products, and Hospital Consumables. The Key Accounts Business Manager will be responsible for: - Developing and managing relationships with hospitals, medical institutions, and distributors across Kolkata. - Driving revenue growth, expanding product adoption, and building strategic partnerships with key healthcare stakeholders. - Achieving annual sales revenue targets and KPIs for assigned accounts and product divisions. - Conducting regular sales visits, product presentations, and clinical discussions with key stakeholders. - Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within hospital accounts. - Leading negotiations and closing business agreements in line with company policies. - Engaging with clinicians and hospital management to understand existing and unmet clinical needs. - Maintaining continuous engagement to support product adoption and business growth. - Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence. Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience in medical devices. - Experience in hospital product sales and institutional business will be an advantage. - Postgraduate qualification in Business / Management (MBA preferred). - Strong interest in medical technology and clinical applications. - Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships. - Familiarity with hospital procurement processes and contract management. Compensation: Remuneration will be competitive and aligned with the candidate’s experience, skills, and performance credentials.

Qualifications

  • Postgraduate qualification in Business / Management (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience
