As a Kotlin backend developer, your primary role will be to lead the design, development, and delivery of full stack solutions using Kotlin and Java (Spring Boot). You will collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and UX designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Providing technical mentorship and guidance to team members through code reviews and design discussions will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and delivery of full stack solutions using Kotlin, Java (Spring Boot), Angular, and TypeScript. - Define and implement software architecture, coding standards, and development best practices. - Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and UX designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Provide technical mentorship and guidance to team members through code reviews and design discussions. - Develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and integrations with external systems. - Ensure application performance, scalability, and security across the technology stack. - Work with DevOps teams to enable CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployments (AWS/Azure). - Conduct root cause analysis of complex technical issues and drive resolutions. - Contribute to estimation, technical planning, and project delivery governance. - Stay abreast of emerging technologies and evaluate their potential adoption. Qualifications Required: - Strong hands-on experience with Kotlin and Java (Spring Boot / Spring Framework). - Proficiency in designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures. - Experience with ORM frameworks (Hibernate, JPA). - Expert-level proficiency in Angular (v10+), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. - Experience in building responsive, modular, and maintainable front-end applications. - Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB). - Proficiency in unit testing, integration testing, and test automation frameworks (JUnit, Jest, Jasmine, Karma). - Advocate for clean code, design patterns, and maintainable architecture.
