Position: Learning & Development (L&D) Intern Location: Nagpur – Work from Office Duration: 3–6 Months Stipend: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month Start Date: Immediate / Within 2–4 weeks Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated L&D Intern to support training and development initiatives within the HR team. The role involves assisting in organizing training programs, developing learning materials, and tracking training effectiveness. Key Responsibilities: • Support planning and coordination of employee training programs • Assist in creating training materials and presentations • Help conduct training needs analysis and collect feedback • Maintain training records and reports • Coordinate workshops, webinars, and learning sessions Eligibility Criteria: • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (HR), either pursuing or completed. • Prior internship or project experience in Training or Learning & Development (L&D) will be preferred. • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. • Good presentation and facilitation skills. • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel) • Should know Canva or similar tool for designing presentations and learning materials.
