We're looking for a dynamic L&D leader to drive enterprise-wide learning strategy and leadership capability in a growth-focused organization. Build & execute end-to-end L&D strategy aligned to business goals Lead 360° capability assessments, competency frameworks & structured development journeys Drive executive coaching & leadership development (Hi-Po & succession programs) Lead digital learning transformation (LMS, LXP, AI-based learning, analytics dashboards) Embed strong governance, KPIs & measurable ROI Key Requirements: 12–18 years of experience in L&D / ODI Ideally looking for candidates from premium institutions Proven experience building L&D strategy from scratch Strong leadership development & executive coaching exposure Experience in learning digitization initiatives Coaching certification & psychometric exposure preferred
