• Experience in L&D, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or frontline-heavy organizations • Strong understanding of Last Mile / Logistics / Field Operations • Expertise in adult learning, frontline capability building, and leadership development • Prior experience working with large field teams and multi-city operations • Hands-on experience in designing and scaling learning programs • Data-driven mindset with the ability to link learning to business outcomes • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills • Ability to operate in high-scale, fast-changing environments We are seeking a L&D Specialist who will own and drive the end-to-end learning strategy for Last Mile ecosystem. This role will focus on capability building for Fleet Coaches, Area Managers, Operation Managers & Delivery Partners, and other frontline leadership roles and will work closely with Last Mile Ops, Central L&D, Product, and Tech teams to design scalable, data-driven learning solutions that improve productivity, compliance, safety, and people leadership outcomes.
