Role & responsibilities L&D Specialist Role with a Reputed MNC Group - Smollan India Department: L&D Location: Navi Mumbai (Seawoods Office). 5 Days Working Requirements: 1) 10 to 15 days of travel per month 2) Excellent Communication (non-negotiable) 3) Well-groomed and presentable appearance is required 4) Should know content creation, end-to-end training, and LMS tool usage 5) People who have done classroom trainings or trainings in batches are also okay 6) Industry: Open (FMCG/Retail/Ecommerce Preferred) 7) Region - will look after PAN India Preferred candidate profile 1) Sales training is a must
