Lead AI Engineer Opportunity We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge LLM G Document AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI, NLP, and software engineering, with experience working on complex projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Leveraging expertise in vector databases (e.g., pgvector, FAISS, Chroma, OpenSearch) to build scalable search, classification, extraction, and summarization solutions over documents. Developing and deploying high-performance Document AI models / pipelines for OCR post-processing, entity/key-value extraction, classification, and layout/table understanding using Python, Docker, and CI/CD. Mentoring junior ML engineers and guiding the team on architecture, design, and best practices. In addition to technical skills, we are looking for someone who can work effectively with clients to refine requirements, present solutions, and handle reviews and clarifications. A strong track record of delivering high-quality results in production environments is essential. Key qualifications include: 6-10 years of total experience, including 4+ years in AI / DL / NLP in production environments. Strong expertise in Python and core CS fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, clean code).
