We are seeking a Lead AI Engineer to spearhead the development and deployment of generative AI and agentic AI solutions. Responsibilities • Lead development, fine-tuning, and deployment of generative AI models • Architect and implement retrieval-augmented generation and agentic AI solutions • Manage vector embeddings and optimize model performance for production • Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI solutions Requirements • Extensive AI/ML experience of 8+ years, including minimum of 2 years in generative AI and large language models • Proficiency in Python programming and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
