Job Title: Lead AI Researcher Job Description: A talented Lead AI Researcher with 4–10 years of experience in applied machine learning is required to work on cutting-edge transformer architectures and multimodal AI. The ideal candidate should have a passion for rapid experimentation, thrive in an innovative environment, and take ownership from prototype to production. Key Responsibilities: Develop and fine-tune advanced transformer-based models (LLMs, Whisper, diffusion, LoRA, RLHF/SFT). Work across modalities — audio, video, text — with depth in at least one. Pursue excellence in lip-sync accuracy, character/scene consistency, audio realism, and video quality. Create automated evaluation frameworks for image, audio, and video quality scoring. Experiment with audio–video synchronization, background score blending, and text-to-video alignment. Stay current with emerging architectures, tools, and scaling strategies. Drive R&D initiatives end-to-end with strong execution and problem-solving.
