Hiring: Lead Backend Engineer (Java) We are looking for an experienced Lead Backend Engineer (Java) to design, build, and scale high-performance backend systems. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and drive best practices across backend architecture and development. 🔹 Key Responsibilities • Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-availability backend services. • Architect and implement RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and modern frameworks. • Guide and mentor backend engineers through code reviews and technical discussions. • Collaborate closely with product, frontend, DevOps, and QA teams. • Ensure system performance, reliability, and security standards. • Drive best practices in coding, testing, CI/CD, and system design. • Troubleshoot complex production issues and lead root-cause analysis. 🔹 Required Skills & Experience • 4+ years of backend development experience with strong expertise in Java. • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot / Spring Framework. • Strong understanding of microservices architecture and REST APIs. • Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL). • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP). • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. • Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills. 🔹 Nice to Have • Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ). • Exposure to system design for large-scale applications. • Prior experience in a tech lead or mentoring role. 🔹 What We Offer • Competitive compensation and growth opportunities. • Ownership of critical backend systems. • Collaborative and fast-paced work environment. • Opportunity to lead and influence technical decisions.
