We are looking to hire a highly driven Lead Business Acquisition Executive who is comfortable working in a target-oriented environment. The role involves generating leads, pitching digital marketing services, and consistently closing deals to drive revenue growth. We are specifically seeking candidates who are self-motivated, proactive, and performance-focused, with a strong ability to convert opportunities into business. Key Responsibility: • Generate leads through cold calling, social media outreach, and networking. • Pitch digital marketing services to potential clients. • Conduct client meetings and presentations. • Convert leads into paying clients. • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure consistent follow-ups. • Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets. • Coordinate closely with the internal marketing and operations team. Requirements: • Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales or digital marketing. • Prior experience in generating or closing digital marketing leads preferred. • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. • Basic understanding of digital marketing services. • Ability to work independently and take ownership of targets. • Highly target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented mindset.
