Role: Lead - Business Finance Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu Experience: 5+ Years Requirements: • Proven experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial operations. • Strong understanding of revenue recognition, accrual accounting, GL concepts, US GAAP, and financial close processes. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modelling, dashboards, pivot tables). • Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight timelines. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Self-driven, proactive, and collaborative working style. • Flexibility to extend work hours to support U.S. stakeholders.
