Our IS&T (Information Services and Technology) department provides all the required technology and operational support services to run our business here in BMC! We have over 200 servers on premises to support production, disaster recovery, databases, applications and over 1000 servers in Lab environment. IS&T is transformational not only for BMC but also for the customer experience, because we give a 360 degrees view to the customer about the products they should know, opportunities in the pipeline, and any service issues outstanding with the customer. We use cutting-edge technologies to manage BMC's infrastructure and showcase it to the customers – program is called BMC on BMC!BMC is looking for a Lead Business Analyst to join our amazing global IS&T team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our business processes and systems, by collecting requirements from stakeholders and translating them to actionable system solutions. You will be a part of a collaborative global team, while leveraging technology to drive processes and systems efficiency. Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC's and your own success: • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and interviews with stakeholders to elicit and document business requirements, priorities, and constraints. • Translate requirements and business objectives into actionable system solutions. • Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and automation. • Develop detailed business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, use cases, and functional specifications to support system enhancements and implementations. • Analyze and document complex business processes, data flows, and system interactions, and recommend solutions to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. • Partner with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, finance, and marketing to ensure alignment of business requirements with technical solutions and project objectives. • Collaborate with software developers, QA analysts, and project managers to ensure successful delivery of system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades. • Act as a technical lead for other business analysts, taking ownership of technical deliverables and driving them to successful completion. • Mentor and guide junior business analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team. To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, HR Management, or related field. • 10+ years of experience in HR systems analysis and implementation. • Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Fusion Cloud (including VBCS & AI Studio) and Oracle E-Business Suite HR modules. • Strong understanding of HR processes (Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management). • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Experience in managing projects and leading cross-functional teams.
