Role Summary • Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with designated media buying agencies and direct clients, including proactive outreach to advertisers across branding and performance marketing • Act as the primary point of contact for Media Solutions, with deep expertise in programmatic media, including audience data, technologies, trends, benchmarks, and the broader programmatic landscape • Own the end-to-end management of digital media opportunities, including briefs, proposals, campaign execution, reporting, and pipeline development, using a consultative sales approach to identify and address client needs • Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, creative, and technical teams to respond to internal and external briefs, delivering innovative and effective programmatic branding and performance solutions • Drive client growth and service excellence by defining phased development plans for key accounts, ensuring performance through measurable campaign outcomes, and increasing the share of programmatic spend within overall digital billings, with a clear roadmap for sustained growth over 12 months An Ideal Candidate Would • Drive business development by building and maintaining a strong prospect pipeline, developing opportunities, and successfully closing deals • Develop and execute agency and client business plans, acting as a trusted partner and programmatic media planning expert while evangelizing media solutions and values • Oversee and scale sales administration and execution processes, ensuring adherence to best practices, service excellence, and effective use of sales collateral and product updates • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and competitor offerings, ensuring informed client conversations and competitive analysis Skills and Experience Required • Strong customer focus with a proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, supported by excellent verbal and written communication skills • Exceptional sales and negotiation capabilities, with a clear results- and goal-oriented mindset, strong ownership of KPIs, and a drive for achievement • Demonstrated ability to develop deep product, competitor, and market understanding, with a strong passion for digital media and programmatic advertising • Highly organized and detail-oriented, exhibiting strong planning, self-discipline, accuracy, initiative, resourcefulness, and willingness to learn, with consistent energy and accountability Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a specialization in Marketing or Media • 8+ years of professional experience in customer service, sales, or account management, with prior exposure to media agencies or publishers • Demonstrated success in client engagement, business development, sales, and planning, supported by a strong understanding of commercial business fundamentals • Proven commercial experience within the online advertising sales industry
