Job Description Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for ensuring adherence to internal controls, financial policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards within the Finance & Accounting function. Design and implement financial controls across F&A processes and Ensure compliance with SOX, internal control frameworks and company policies. Conduct periodic control testing and record the findings and track regulatory changes and assess impact on finance processes. Conduct risk assessments for finance processes and new initiatives. Communicate control issues and remediation progress to finance leadership. Must Have Skillset Must have experience in financial processes and control frameworks.
