Spectral Consultants is looking for an experienced Lead Data Analyst (DevOps Project) with strong expertise in SQL and ETL pipelines to join a leading industry-based organization. Location: Hyderabad Experience: 6–8 years What You’ll Be Responsible For:- • Execute and manage ETL pipelines ensuring data accuracy and reliability • Perform data validation, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of pipeline issues • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights • Mentor and guide 3–4 team members on best practices and delivery • Ensure smooth functioning of data workflows within Agile/DevOps environment • Prepare clear reports, summaries, and stakeholder-ready outputs What We’re Looking For:-Core Skills: • Advanced SQL (mandatory) • Intermediate PySpark for large-scale data processing • Strong hands-on experience with ETL pipelines • Experience working in Agile/DevOps setup • Proven experience in team mentoring and leadership • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
