Lead Data Scientist

About the job

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Scientist with expertise in Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLM), Machine Learning (ML), and Natural Language Processing (NLP). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in data science and a proven track record of leading projects from conception to deployment. Key Responsibilities: • Team Management • Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced ML models and algorithms. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop data-driven solutions. • Mentor and guide junior data scientists in best practices and methodologies. • Stay updated with the latest advancements in GenAI, LLM, and NLP technologies. • Create ML models and advance algorithms to identify and flag risky transactions & card members • Work on new innovative Generative AI-based solutions to enhance user experience of our digital products and increase productivity of the team • Gain expertise on data understanding and tables to maximize their usage in insight products • Deploy models in enterprise tools and monitor their performance over time • Work with product, UX and tech team to deliver product in an agile framework • Conceptualize, develop and prototype new insights products/product/feature enhancements for travel.
