Responsibilities: • Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced AI/ML models and solutions. • Mentor and guide a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals and technical requirements. • Conduct in-depth data analysis, feature engineering, and model selection. • Oversee the training, validation, and deployment of machine learning models. • Develop and implement strategies for model monitoring, maintenance, and improvement. • Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in AI/ML and related fields. • Communicate complex technical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Drive innovation and identify new opportunities for applying AI/ML techniques. • Ensure the ethical and responsible development and deployment of AI systems. • Contribute to the architectural design of data science platforms and infrastructure. Qualifications: • Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field. • Minimum of 8 years of experience in data science and machine learning, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role. • Extensive experience with machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, deep learning). • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R and relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn). • Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). • Strong understanding of statistical modeling, experimental design, and data visualization. • Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects. • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. • Experience in a fully remote work environment is preferred.
