Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Data Scientist (LLM) to join our AI and Machine Learning team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), and Large Language Models (LLMs), along with hands-on experience in building and deploying conversational AI / chatbots. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, fine-tune, and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) for various applications, including chatbots, virtual assistants, and enterprise AI solutions. • Build and optimize conversational AI solutions. • Implement and experiment with LLM agent development frameworks. • Design and develop ML / DL-based models. • Work on retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and vector databases. • Optimize transformer-based models for domain-specific tasks. • Develop APIs and pipelines to integrate LLMs into enterprise applications. Required Skills & Qualifications: • 5-8 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), and NLP-based model development. • Hands-on experience in developing and deploying conversational AI / chatbots is a plus. • Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML / DL frameworks. • Experience with LLM agent development frameworks. • Knowledge of vector databases and embedding models. • Familiarity with cloud services for deploying LLMs at scale.
