Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer to drive end-to-end development initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead a team, design scalable solutions, and work across both frontend and backend technologies. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain frontend applications using Angular • Build and manage backend services using Java & Spring Boot • Design and develop RESTful APIs • Work with MongoDB for database management • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, QA, Product) • Ensure application performance, scalability, and security • Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices • Debug and resolve technical issues across the stack • Implement unit and integration testing • Manage version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines • Provide technical leadership and mentor team members Required Skills Technical Skills • Strong experience in Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS • Hands-on experience in Java & Spring Boot • Experience with MongoDB • Solid understanding of Microservices & REST APIs • Knowledge of Git, Maven, Postman • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines • Familiarity with security best practices Experience • 5+ years of experience in software development • Proven experience in Full Stack Development • Experience in handling or mentoring teams (preferred) Soft Skills • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities • Excellent problem-solving skills • Good communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good to Have • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) • Knowledge of modern frameworks and emerging technologies • Basic understanding of electrical systems (optional) Why Join Us? • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies • Collaborative and growth-focused environment • Exposure to diverse and global projects
