Role Summary: We are hiring a Lead Engineer to code AI-powered agents that solve complex problems. This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can work directly with clients, lead engineering teams, and build scalable AI-driven systems. Key Responsibilities: • Own end-to-end system architecture for an AI-based platform. • Lead development across backend, AI / ML, and integrations. • Build AI solutions for OCR, NLP, Speech-to-Text, Computer Vision. • Work closely with stakeholders and clients. • Mentor engineers and ensure high-quality delivery. • Drive POC → Pilot → Production rollout. • Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance.
