Job Description Job Description We are looking for a Lead Engineer with extensive Ruby on Rails experience for a full-time position in Trivandrum. This is a technology leadership role in a venture-funded growing startup, with attractive salaries and excellent growth opportunities for high performers. Beyond tech skills we need someone who is a self-starter and will fit in well with a startup team. Rather than micro-manage, we will lay down our goals as a team and expect you to deliver your part. You will be required to pick up new skills and figure out the best ways to improve the app performance and user experience. Skills and Requirements ●Strong skills and experience in Ruby on Rails including building/testing/debugging ●Strong Programming, Object-oriented and design skills ●Attention towards good design — both in terms of engineering and user experience. ●Ability to design and implement the technical and deployment architecture ●Experience in MySql ●Experience managing source repository in a team (git) ●Good understanding of jQuery, Bootstrap ●Ability to work with a team to guide and implement product-level enhancements. ●Ability to take up challenges, proactively figure out solutions for tough problems, and remain unfazed by the difficulties in a startup environment.
