Requirement Lead Engineer – Full Stack + Applied AI Location: Hyderabad/Hybrid Experience: 6 to 10 years Type: Full-time Job Description We are building a production-grade SaaS platform with applied AI embedded into real workflows. We are not hiring a coordinator. We are hiring a builder. This is a hands-on role. You will architect, code, and ship core systems from zero to scale. You will define engineering standards, own backend architecture, and embed LLM-powered features into production flows. If you enjoy shipping fast and defending your architectural decisions with logic, this role is for you. What you will own: • Full-stack product architecture • Scalable backend services and APIs • React or Next.js frontend • PostgreSQL data modeling • LLM integrations and RAG pipelines • Observability, logging, performance • CI CD and release discipline What we expect: • 6 to 10 years building production software • Strong backend depth in Python or Node or Go • Experience building systems from scratch • Practical experience integrating LLMs into products • Clear understanding of AI failure modes and guardrails • Ability to operate without perfect requirements Bonus: • Multi-tenant SaaS experience • Vector databases or Elasticsearch • AWS or GCP deployment experience Shortlisted candidates will present a live demo of something they have built.
