Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Financial Institutions Group based in Pune. The position involves spearheading and managing relationships with financial institutions to secure funding, negotiating terms, overseeing the documentation process, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Other responsibilities include performing growth-driven financial analysis, identifying funding opportunities, maintaining strong business relationships, and strategizing to drive the company's financial objectives effectively. Qualifications • Strong capabilities in relationship management, negotiation, and liaising with financial institutions • Proficiency in financial analysis, risk assessment, and understanding lending processes • Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements within the financial sector • Strategic thinking to identify business opportunities and drive organizational growth • Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills • Experience in financial services, NBFC, or similar industries • Graduate or postgraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field • Adaptability to handle fast-paced work environments and meet established goals
