Qualifications • Strong capabilities in relationship management, negotiation, and liaising with financial institutions • Proficiency in financial analysis, risk assessment, and understanding lending processes • Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements within the financial sector • Strategic thinking to identify business opportunities and drive organizational growth • Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills • Experience in financial services, NBFC, or similar industries • Graduate or postgraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field • Adaptability to handle fast-paced work environments and meet established goals
