Job Title : Role : Lead Full Stack Developer (Python, React & Cloud Platforms) Location : Hyderabad (3 Days Work From Office) Experience : 7+ Years Role Summary : We are hiring a Lead Full Stack Engineer Developer who can drive the design and delivery of scalable web applications across both backend and frontend layers. This role emphasizes end-to-end ownership, modern UI development, and cloud-native engineering practices, with a strong focus on performance, usability, and system reliability. Key Responsibilities : - Lead the development of full-stack applications using Python and modern frontend technologies- Architect and build scalable RESTful services and interactive user interfaces- Design robust frontend systems using React and TypeScript with a focus on performance and accessibility- Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver intuitive user experiences- Implement CI/CD pipelines and streamline deployment workflows- Work on containerized applications and manage deployments in cloud environments- Improve system observability, logging, and monitoring for production systems- Diagnose and resolve complex application and performance issues- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practicesCore Requirements : - 7+ years of experience in full stack development with production-grade systems- Strong proficiency in Python (Django or similar frameworks)- Hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling- Solid understanding of relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL)- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes-based deployments- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices- Strong debugging and system optimization skills
