Lead Full Stack Engineer – Angular & Java Experience : 5–7 Years Employment Type : Full-time Work Mode : Onsite Location : Trivandrum, Kerala Role Overview We are seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Angular and Java to lead the design and development of enterprise-grade web applications. The role requires hands-on technical leadership, architectural decision-making, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities• Lead end-to-end development of scalable web applications.• Design and implement frontend solutions using Angular (v12+) and TypeScript.• Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.• Own technical design, code quality, and best practices across modules.• Review code, mentor developers, and guide team execution.• Collaborate with product owners, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders in Agile environments.• Participate in requirement analysis, estimation, and sprint planning.• Ensure performance, security, and scalability of applications.• Support deployment, CI / CD pipelines, and production issues.Required Skills and QualificationsFrontend :• Strong hands-on experience with Angular (v12+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3• Experience with RxJS and state management libraries (NgRx preferred)• Strong understanding of responsive and component-based UI designBackend :• Strong experience with Java (8 / 11 / 17) and Spring Boot• Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture• REST API design and integration• Experience with Hibernate or JPADatabases and Tools :• Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB• Proficiency with Git, Maven, and Gradle• Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes is a plusCloud and DevOps (Preferred) :• Experience with AWS or Azure• CI / CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOpsLeadership and Soft Skills• Experience leading modules or small engineering teams• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills• Ability to take technical ownership and drive decisions• Experience working with global or client-facing teamsNice to Have• Previous experience as a Technical Lead or Module Lead• Strong understanding of system design and application architecture• Experience with SaaS or large-scale enterprise applicationsWhat We Offer• Opportunity to work on international client projects• High ownership and leadership exposure• Engineering-driven, fast-growing environment• Competitive compensation aligned with experience and skills
